The Chairman
Shiyuka has over 10 years’ management experience in various fields.
Amos Shiyuka, Executive Chairman
Amos has extensive experience in the Namibian business arena and is responsible for the strategic leadership of CSS Tactical Solutions Namibia CC. He is currently a business personality with interest in various companies as a Shareholder and Director – CSS Tactical Namibia Solutions CC, Aantu Investments, MobiPay, Onsteyo Trading Enterprises and BollAmos Trading.
He is passionate about bringing change to what he terms stagnant and outdated solutions in the industry by providing innovative solutions.
Amongst other qualifications, Amos holds an MBA which he received from the Business School of Maastricht Holland with an MBA degree.
An avid sport fan, he was appointed as a Sports Commissioner responsible for all Marketing aspects of Namibian Sports Code.
Shiyuka is recognized and inducted into the Namibian Business Hall of Fame for his contribution to the economy and job creation.
The Technical Director
Pinehas is accountable to the Executive director for the execution of higher-level strategies related to projects development.
Rehabeam Kondjashili Pinehas
Pinehas has a knack for Project Management, Security System Design, Network Design and Systems Integration. Having joined our team as an Electronic and Telecommunications Engineer in 2016, he has swiftly worked his way to occupy his current portfolio as the Technical Director whose role involve overseeing the Technical direction of our operations. A role which has harnessed his understanding of emerging technologies and their commercial application.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) from the Namibia University of Science and Technology with his thesis titled Design of an Android Based Interactive Home Automation System Prototype. Pinehas recently added a Certificate in Project Management from Stellenbosch University to his academic endeavor.
A convergent thinker, he is committed to offering the best client service whilst mentoring his colleagues to self-actualization. He is passionate about contributing to the CSS to the best of his potential.
